The survey is absolutely crucial to the whole process. Much of the assessment is handled in-house, determining the true extent of the damage and whether the property — commercial or domestic — is genuinely wet through. Where required, we remove flooring, wall linings, skirting boards and ceilings to expose and treat all affected areas properly, rather than working around the problem.
The property is then professionally dried using commercial and industrial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers. This can take time, and we continue to retest throughout the process to confirm genuine progress rather than relying on estimates. Once the property is confirmed fully dry, we carry out complete reinstatement works, returning it to a usable, finished condition.
Crucially, we also work directly alongside our in-house loss assessment team throughout, helping to streamline the process for clients dealing with insurance claims and ensuring restoration and assessment stay fully aligned.
